 Our 6 week programmes are designed to empower you with knowledge and to provide you with the motivation you need to achieve a leaner lifestyle.  

 No FADS, no quick fixes, no lies!  Just science-proven methods in exercise and nutrition that really work to reduce your body fat.

The Leaner Life Programme structure
Programme Pass includes:

  3 gym-based sessions per week (all based in Dunston, Gateshead *see map in FAQs*) 
Each programme is a 6 week block or 18 sessions
Maximum 16 people per group
Education in calculating calorie and protein goals for fat loss
How to use MyFitnessPal 

Access to our Flexible Weekly Planner document
Lifetime access to private Facebook group for loads of content to help you along the way
Support via mobile (WhatsApp group with others in your time slot) and/or email
Regular progress tracking including body fat % (initial, midway, end)
Flexible, sustainable, long-term lifestyle change education, through both exercise and nutrition

FAQS

1. Where are the sessions? 

We are based in Dunston, Gateshead.  Unit 9, Enterprise industrial estate, Dunston, NE11 9EL. 2minutes drive from the Metro centre  and Costco Gateshead. 2minutes drive off the A1. See the map at the end of the FAQs.

2. When are the sessions?  

Depending on which programme slot you have chosen from the options, we have various times/days available.  The start dates for the next programme are:  Monday 21st October 2019

3. Are there toilet facilities? 

Toilets are available.

4. Are there shower facilities? 

No shower facilities are currently available.

5. Is there somewhere I can get changed? 

Yes, we have separate men’s and women’s changing rooms.

6. What do the sessions consist of? 

All sessions are a mixture of resistance exercises and cardio exercises. All exercises can be adapted to suit varied levels of fitness.

7. Is there parking available? 

Limited free parking is available immediately outside, and unlimited free parking is only 300m away.

8. What level of fitness is required

We cater for all fitness levels and can cater for most injuries (to be discussed prior to sign up).   Our clients range from 18-65 years old.

9. What are the main goals of the programme? 

Our main goal is fat loss through education in exercise and nutrition.  Improved strength and maintenance of lean muscle mass.  Creating long-term flexible and sustainable lifestyle changes.

10. Can I build muscle with this programme? 

Yes, depending on your background to resistance training.  Beginners and intermediates will build some lean muscle, however some advanced resistance trainers will not.  Remember lean muscle takes up less space than fat.

11. How can I pay? 

You can pay via the link provided by selecting the programme pass you desire.  This is through Stripe.  Alternatively you can get in touch about paying cash or via BACs.

12. How many Programmes does an Annual pass get? 

An annual pass is valid for 12 months from the first programme you attend.  We have between 7 and 8 programmes throughout the year at various times.

13. Where can I find terms and conditions for the programme? 

All Ts & Cs can be found in the footnotes of the website.
