Leaner Lifestyle Membership Ts&Cs

1.     All memberships including one-off, 6-month and 12-month start from the date of payment and sign up, not the first booked coached session.

2.     One-off monthly memberships are not committed to a contract and can cancel at the end of each month.  However, priority will be given to 6-month and 12-month new members if the max capacity of our facility is reached.

3.     The 6-month or 12month membership contract length cannot be deferred to a future start date once the contract has begun. 

4.     The 30 trial can only be used once per person and is for new members only.

5.     All sessions must be booked via the online booking system GoTeamUp, sessions will be available 31days in advance.  You cannot just turn up to a session without booking.  If you do, and the session is full, you will not be able to participate.  The sessions and equipment are planned for a maximum number.

6.     Our booking system does not guarantee you will get set times/days every week that you desire.  It will run on a first come-first served basis.  We do however have a maximum members limit at any one time which will minimise the chances of you not being able to select your desired days/times.

7.     Cancellations of individual sessions by client do not incur refunds/credit.  Use of the flexible timetable and the online Leaner Lifestyle Hub workouts will provide suitable alternatives when required. 

8.     If you need to cancel a booked session, you must do so 8 hours prior to the session to allow other members on a waiting list to have the chance to attend.  3 or more cancelled sessions with less than 8 hours notice per month will incur session booking limits going forwards.

9.     If you are on a waiting list for a session, you will be notified by the GoTeamUp booking system when a space becomes available.

10.  During coaching team; holidays, illness/sickness, or last minute unforeseen circumstances our timetable may need to be modified by:

a.     Increasing the max number of participants per session from 8 to 16.

b.      Reducing the weekly available sessions for a short period of time.

c.     Cancelling sessions.

11.  You will be given at least 14 days notice of coach holiday timetable amendments and the GoTeamUp booking system will be adapted.  

12.  Certain bank holidays and holiday seasons (such as Christmas) with effect the timetable of sessions.  This will be amended on the GoTeamUp booking system 31 days in advance.

13.   Refunds and Cancellations policy

a.      We do not offer refunds.

b.     When agreeing to a 6-month or 12-month membership, you are agreeing to paying the monthly fees for that term.  If you wish to cancel/stop part way through the contract you are still expected to pay for the agreed term.

14.  At the end of the agreed contract, you will be notified of automatic renewal, whereby you will have the chance to stop renewal.  If you don’t request to stop the renewal, the contract will be renewed on the same terms previously agreed.

15.  All knowledge and tools are provided for you to use, the owner does not guarantee results and certain progress to be made as this is based on your adherence to the tools and knowledge provided throughout. 

16.  You agree to be added to a private Facebook community with other members of Leaner Lifestyle.

17.  You agree that any photos or videos from within the sessions can be used on social media platforms (without direct tagging, unless otherwise agreed on the day).


Specialist 1-2-1 Coaching Ts&Cs

1. Packages start from the date of your first training plan being sent out. 

2. Cancellations of individual face-face sessions by client or coach are non-refundable.  Use of the hybrid training model and online coaching will provide suitable alternatives. 

3. Injuries or sickness, of the client or coach, longer than 14 days can warrant suitable refunds.  This is at the Owner's discretion and will be discussed on a case by case basis. 

4. Notice of all holidays from a client will be given at least 14 days in advance to ensure the smooth delivery of online coaching.

6. It is assumed, expected and understood that the coach will require 5 weeks holiday per calendar year (unless otherwise discussed and agreed).  This has already been factored into the price of the packages.  As explained, using the hybrid model, this will all be catered for so you the client will not be left in the dark.

7. Cancellations and Refunds policy:

The following applies to clients who chose the one-off payment method:

  • Cancellation 7 days or more prior to start date = 100% refund.
  • Cancellation within 7 days prior to start date = 90% refund.
  • Cancellation when less than and up to 50% of the package is complete = 30% refund of total cost.
  • Cancellation when between 50% and up to 75% of the package is complete = 15% refund of total cost.
  • Cancellation when over 75% of the package is complete = Non-refundable.
The following applies to clients who chose the instalments payment method:
  • Cancellation 7 days or more prior to start date = 100% refund.
  • Cancellation within 7 days prior to start date = 10% refund.
  • Cancellation during the package timeframe will incur charges where weeks are in arrears, plus 10% of future unpaid instalments.
8. Personal extenuating circumstances, at the Owner's discretion, can allow refunds outside of the above refund policy. 

9. All knowledge and tools are provided for you to use, the owner does not guarantee results and certain progress to be made as this is based on your adherence to the tools and knowledge provided throughout.
